Rooted
A Gathering for Women at Lavender Hill
Where the land, the herd, and your own rhythm meet.
🌱 The Roots
Every good story begins underground.
Lavender Hill is the oldest farm in this community—two centuries of rain and sunlight, seasons and stories, all held in its soil. When I found this land, I knew I was meant to protect it and share what it offers: steadiness, belonging, and a place to remember who we are beneath everything we carry.
Rooted grew from that purpose. It’s a women’s gathering where horses, land, and awareness come together to help us reconnect to the parts of ourselves that are still whole. It’s an experience in presence, reflection, and genuine connection—a rhythm that unfolds slowly and quietly, like the land itself.
🌿 The Work
These two-hour experiences blend reflection, gentle movement, and quiet time with the herd.
We’ll begin with a grounding exercise to help you shift from doing to being. Then we’ll walk the pastures together, noticing the rhythm of the farm, and spend time with the Bramblewood horses — masters of body language and authenticity. You’ll learn how the nervous system responds to calm and connection, and how the land itself mirrors that balance back to us.
No riding. No expectations. Just space to arrive, breathe, and listen.
🪶 The Rhythm
Rooted is offered as an ongoing series throughout the year.
Each session stands on its own, yet no two are the same. Winter sessions focus on rest and resilience, Spring sessions often center on renewal and clarity, Summer on trust and expansion, and Autumn on release.
Participants are welcome to return as often as they like, deepening their relationship with the herd and the land through changing light and season.
This is a practice in presence, not a program.
There’s no finish line — only the act of returning, to the land and to yourself.
🌻 The Return
Every time you come back to the land, you strengthen your own roots. Lavender Hill has been preserved so that others can experience what endurance, balance, and community look like in real time. When you join us for Rooted, you become part of that living preservation story.
